In F.N0.17-2/2014-TS.I it is not mentioned that for first 2 years the scholarship will be 25000 and then it will be 28000. As no such division is mentioned then why the institutes like IITs and NITs and IIITs are following such rule, please enlight on this aspect. \nSecondly, the amount of contingency is not mentioned clearly.
