2752 DOHED/R/2015/60765 nil Hello Sir My elder son whos in Inter First Year prepared well for exams as hes targeting IIT. Hes studying in Narayana IIT SPark, Asilmetta, Vizag. For Main exams he was given the center 15kms from our house in a college called MAHATHI Jr Collge, NAD Junction. My concern here is the exam center doesnt look like a college and it looks like a cheap lodge and my son complained on toilets too which are hard to describe. Even the wood benches were not comfortable in the class and poor students had to adjust. Adding to this, we parents noticed lot of liquor bottles in front of the college as i think in the nights, near this campus some B grade guys might be mis-utilizing it . My opinion on an exam center is it should cater to all facilities to the student whos taking the exam and provide a peaceful and cool and comfortable environment where the student doesnt get distracted from the exam. Here the case is reverse. I wanted to know how the Govt. provided affiliation to this kind of 3rd grade colleges which doesnt have amenities. Then, how was this chosen as an exam center. After studying hard for an year and comes to take an exam in this kind of environment, how will the mind set of the student be. This needs to be answered and as a parent, i have right to get this information on why the Dept. of Education is careless by providing affiliations to norms not met colleges and also why this kind of colleges are selected as exam centers. I assume that a team goes and inspects the exam center before deciding on the center. What happened here We all know that Education must be treated with Godliness and this is how we treat it when coming to truth. I am ashamed to say that i am in a city where there are lots of junk colleges which mill out substandard students who must be the future of our country. But reverse is happening. I wish and hope a serious action will be taken care on this and check the premises and seal those institutes with sub standards. I also hope that this wont be repeated for next batch of students who study hard for the whole year and gets disappointed by seeing their exam centers. Hoping for the best. Though JEE Main provides the way to get back application number through its website but he is not able to recover it as he believes that there may be some spelling error in our parents name. We have mailed many times to JEE Main but they never bothered to respond.We have wrote to concerned board for results but getting Jee Main application number is extremely urgent now as he will get his admit card only after logging in to his account and JEE main exam is on 4th april. Application number can be tracked by JEE Main office using his DOB,Board roll number and registered mobile number including state of eligibility as these numbers are unique for an individual applicant.
