Kindly provide the information in Hindi or Gujarati Language and if the Information is not available in Hindi or Gujarati Language then only provide the information in English.
Section 7(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 obliges PIO to provide information within 30 days of the receipt of request for information. So please provide me the whole information within 30 days.
As per the Section 6 (3) RTI Act 2005 where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information which is held by another public authority or the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public authority, the public authority, to which such application is made, shall transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer. Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this sub-section shall be made as soon as practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application.
So if your department does not have the information, kindly forward/transfer my application to concerned public authority/department.

Respected Sir/Mam
With due respect it is intimated that I had appeared in NEET PG 2019 EXAMINATION held on 6 JANUARY 2019, the
result of which has been declared on 31 January 2019.
I had attempted 293questions out of 300 and 220questions were correctly answered by me.
I am shocked to see the result and 617marks obtained by me out of 1200 whereas as per my calculation i must have
secured marks between 800 to 840As such i have secured 180-220marks less, which appears a serious irregularity
on the part of NBE.
It shows that either the answer sheet prepared by NBE is incorrect, there has been some technical error while
evaluating the answer sheet or there are serious irregularities, while uploading/posting the marks obtained by
individual candidates.
It is therefore requested to go through the genuineness/ correctness of answer sheet prepared by NBE, the procedure
of evaluation of Question Paper and uploading of marks and finally preparing and declaring the result so that the
entire procedure may be got checked and the correct marks obtained by individual candidate may be credited to him.
This is not a single grievance of mine, a lot of grievances are being recieved from various corners of the country
through social media etc.
It is humbled requested to re-evaluate and re-verify the marks obtained by individual candidate and revise the result,
declared on 31 JANUARY 2019, accordingly.

I am say to you Sir NTA GPAT 2019 answer keys in some answer keys wrong like Q.ID- 41652911996 of NTA GPAT answer key is Kenya but according to refrence book c.k.kokate page no.9.5 in given India and Kenya both, Q.ID-41652911906 of NTA GPAT answer key is Owner of the place but according to MTP act ref.custody of form in 1st paragraph in given Owner of he place and chief medical officer ,Q.ID- 41652911957 of NTA GPAT answer key is film former but according to Lachman/Lieberman page no-463 in given binder,Q.ID- 41652911911 of NTA GPAT answer key is krichoffs law but according to ref.https//en.wikipedia.org in given Stefan boltzmann law & Q.ID- 41652911966 of NTA GPAT answer key is Heating at 210 degree celiceous for 3-4 hours how it possible because they have not mentioned any specific container & it is not suitable for plastic and glass container.

Recently HRD MINISTRY has sent a notice to all INSTITUTIONS, UNIVERSITIES to provide RESERVATION for ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS in the INSTITUTIONS. But to get ADMISSIONs in IITs, NITs and CENTRAL FUNDED INSTITUTIONS we have to write JIONT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (JEE mains) .But to RESERVATION we have to choose the category has ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION . In this Application there no category of EWS which is against the law. I am requesting HONOURABLE HRD MINISTER PRAKASH JAVADEKAR JI , to implement in JEE PLEASE |
