I had submitted written request vide letter dated 19.02.2015 (copy attached) for rectification in crediting of income tax for the financial year 2011-12 (Assessment Year 2012-13). The matter in brief is that I have received a notice from IT Deptt. raising demand for Rs.32850 as outstanding income tax for the Assessment Year 2012-13. As per the Form 16 for that year, a total amount of Rs.55105 had been deducted as tax from my salary during the year. However, as per the form 26AS (TDS Traces), an amount of Rs.19050 only has been deposited as TDE in Government treasury. I had requested vide my above mentioned letter for taking corrective action for depositing the total tax of Rs.55105 deducted from my salary. It may please be informed as follows:\n1. Action taken on my request.\n2. If no action had been taken, then the reasons therefor and by which date it will be done in respect of copy of my application enclosed herewith. This is urgent as I have to show to the IT Deptt that the whole tax deducted from my salary has been deposited in the Government Treasury of Income tax, so that it is also reflected in TDS Traces. \n3. It is also to state that a CA has been engaged for taking necessary action in this regard. But despite my repeated requests, no action has been taken by him in this regard. What are the checks used for ensuring that the work allocated to him is completed in time. |

Dear PM\n\nPlease let me know what happens to the Education cess and Higer Education cess collected by government. Where they are utilised. Conditions of Government schools are very bad. Many poor street children still dont go to school beacsue of lack money or leave school beacsue cant afford. Government school still dont have funding it seems. Management at government schools special in ruarl areas is very poor. Good facilities to students like pvt institute should also pe provided to students who go to government school.\nI kindly want to know where all the Education Cess money is utilised. Information on Utilisation of last 5 years will suffice for this query.\n\nRegards |
