Respected Sir/Madam,
I wanted to know that in the recent 103 constitutional amendment act the 10 percent reservation is only for educational institutes or is it also applicable for central government jobs.
Since the gazette mentions as follows:
b) any special provision for the advancement of any economically weaker sections of citizens other than the classes mentioned in clauses (4) and (5) in so far as such special provisions relate to their admission to educational institutions including private educational institutions, whether aided or unaided by the State, other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause (1) of article 30, which in the case of reservation would be in addition to the existing reservations and subject to a maximum of ten per cent. of the total seats in each category.
Hence the question.

1. Digitally certified (by computer certifying authority) time stamped electronic copy of each and every question set/file of the 9,41,117 sets actually administered to the candidate on his local machine, tagged with roll number of candidate for cross referencing
2. Digitally certified (by computer certifying authority) time stamped electronic copy of each and every question set/file of the 9,41,117 sets actually administered to the candidate as generated on the LAN server of exam premises both before and also after local decryption, tagged with roll number of candidate for cross referencing
