Section 7(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 obliges PIO to provide information within 30 days of the receipt of request for information. So please provide me the whole information within 30 days.
As per the Section 6 (3) RTI Act 2005 where an application is made to a public authority requesting for an information which is held by another public authority or the subject matter of which is more closely connected with the functions of another public authority, the public authority, to which such application is made, shall transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to that other public authority and inform the applicant immediately about such transfer. Provided that the transfer of an application pursuant to this sub-section shall be made as soon as practicable but in no case later than five days from the date of receipt of the application.
So if your department does not have the information, kindly forward/transfer my application to concerned public authority/department.

I have carefully gone through public notice published on 9th february which is attached with this application.ALSO i have gone through information bulletin JEE 2019
From this public notice,student can not get exact idea,solution which multiple application is going to reject.Its just stated that multiple application going to reject.If one application will be accepted then which one
So tell me that,what is criteria of NTA rejection regarding JEE main April Application who have filled multiple forms
which form will going to reject
Both multiple application will reject or any single application will going to reject
If both appliaction going to reject then is it any provision to cancel one form
Clearify exactly to avoid student acedemic loss

With due respect it is intimated that I had appeared in NEET PG 2019 EXAMINATION held on 6 JANUARY 2019, the
result of which has been declared on 31 January 2019.
I had attempted 293questions out of 300 and 220questions were correctly answered by me.
I am shocked to see the result and 617marks obtained by me out of 1200 whereas as per my calculation i must have
secured marks between 800 to 840As such i have secured 180-220marks less, which appears a serious irregularity
on the part of NBE.
It shows that either the answer sheet prepared by NBE is incorrect, there has been some technical error while
evaluating the answer sheet or there are serious irregularities, while uploading/posting the marks obtained by
individual candidates.
It is therefore requested to go through the genuineness/ correctness of answer sheet prepared by NBE, the procedure
of evaluation of Question Paper and uploading of marks and finally preparing and declaring the result so that the
entire procedure may be got checked and the correct marks obtained by individual candidate may be credited to him.
This is not a single grievance of mine, a lot of grievances are being recieved from various corners of the country
through social media etc.
It is humbled requested to re-evaluate and re-verify the marks obtained by individual candidate and revise the result,
declared on 31 JANUARY 2019, accordingly.

a letter was issued to Staff Selection Commission (enclosed) by your kind authority vide letter no.F.No.5-38/2005-Desk(U)(A) dt 15-2-2006. In this respect I herewith submit my education details for confirming my Postgraduation done through Madurai Kamaraj University , Madurai is valid or not.
1.1989-SSC/ 10th class. 2.1992-Inter (10 plus 2) 3. 1993 (Stenography course through Govt.ITI) 4.1993-96 (joined in B.Sc completed academically but failed in one subject in Final Year)
5.2002-04 (took admission by passing Bridge course into M.Com through Madurai Kamaraj University and completed in 2010)
6.2008-10 (took admission into MBA(Finance) in Madurai Kamaraj University basing on my M.Com and completed.
7. Applied for to complete my balance subject in my B.Sc in 2016 and completed my B.Sc in May, 2018.
In view of above it is humbly requesting your kind authority, kindly intimate under RTI Act the following,
A. It is mentioned in the enclosed letter no.F.No.5-38/2005-Desk(U)(A) dt 15-2-2016 that MA done through Annamalai University is not a valid one as it was yet to be recognised at that time. Kindly, intimate me my M.Com done in 2006 through MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY, madurai is recognised and a valid one or not.
B. whether I am eligible to write a departmental exam for which Degree in Graduation is the required qualification as on 01.01.2016. (as I have completed my M.Com in 2006 with my Intermediate and Bridge course and my MBA in 2010 with my M.Com).
C. In case if the answer to the point A above is NO, and as I have completed my B.Sc i.e. graduation in May 2018, my M.Com is a valid one basing on my B.Sc with effect from which date.

Respected sir, as per the reply to my RTI act application by your kind authority, it is humbly submitted, that I already approached the concerned University i.e. Madurai Kamaraj University (reply enclosed please). They have clearly mentioned regarding the validity of my Postgraduation. But UGC which is the sub-ordinate department under your control is not clear. It is a welcoming decision taken by your kindly authority while liberlising the Higher education at all stages. But, it is clear that you are not properly guiding the implementing authority i.e. UGC. Also, you are the concerned authority to provide information to my RTI letter. It is requested to provide reply to my RTI application please.

This RTI request is filed in larger public interest concerning corruption in IIT JEE exams at the very highest levels of MHRD and Government.
Please provide me the following information
1) The date on which the information assured by the CPIO Prisca Mathews to be given to me in RTI request no, DOHED/R/2016/53180 was actually given to me.
2) Since I do not recall ever receiving any information to my RTI request DOHED/R/2016/53180 a copy of the information may be given to me free of cost
3) Information, including file notings, of all actions taken on my various emails protesting to the concerned CPIO and her superiors, including Shri Vinay Sheel Oberoi, erstwhile Secretary DHE, about deliberate intent to suppress the requested information from me by hook or by crook.
4) The record of all action taken on my email with subject -Massive corruption in matter of IIT JEE exam systems- sent to Shri Vinay Sheel Oberoi / erstwhile Secretary DHE on 29 August 2016.
5) The record of all action taken on my email with subject -REQUEST for urgent appointment with your goodself- sent to Shri Vinay Sheel Oberoi / erstwhile Secretary DHE on 19 October 2016.
6) Official Email IDs and addresses with their names and designations for all members and Chair of the reconstituted CSAB 2019 for academic year 2019-2020, as I wish to protest and bring to their notice directly gross corruption in the NTAs JEE Mains exam 2019.
7) Compete information and files of all plans, procedures and implementations of seat expansions in all engineering and medical colleges for additional 10% reservations to forward castes or economically deprived. NB: I am given to understand that planning for this has been ongoing in DHE since 2012 under the UPA-II government. |

I refer to disposal of this RTI request on 8.03.2019
I am caused to file a first appeal on following grounds
1. Because CPIO has not replied to points 1 through 5 of my RTI request. He has only provided some minutes of meetings which are already on website of MHRD.
2. Because I met Ms. Prisca Mathew on 10.04.2019 at DARPG to ascertain the status of the records rquested, and she told me all records I requested were handed over to the present CPIO by her. So reply of CPIO is inadequate, false, incomplete and misleading.
3. Because , Basis of selection of members of the so-called Committee of Eminent Persons, along with all information (as defined) in this behalf, is not provided till date.
2) Because, only Minutes of meeting of some meetings held by this so-called Committee of Eminent Persons without all agendas and their supporting documents, were provided by CPIO.
3) Because, Exact copies of all comments received in response to the aforesaid public notice on review of current IIT JEE for admission to IITs, are not provided by CPIO..
4) Because, Copy of consideration of all above said comments / suggestions received, is not provided by CPIO.
5) Because, Copy of para wise consideration of my comments / objections / suggestions in response to the aforesaid public notice on review of current IIT JEE for admission to IITs, is not provided by CPIO.
6) Because, Copy of Rules of procedure governing the due consultation process with stakeholders followed for IIT JEE system review, is not provided by CPIO.
7) Because, Information on whether any personal consultation / hearing / meeting was held with any stakeholders for IIT JEE system review, and if so all the details thereof, is not provided by CPIO.
8) Because, Basis / reasons for issuing the notice / letter dated 8-April-2016 along with all its supporting material and the approvals / notings by competent officers / ministers, is not provcided by CPIO.
9) Because information on Points 6 and 7 is not received till date also.
Hence this appeal, requesting that CPIO be directed to provide me all information I requested under RTI from your Department |
