1. Provide the information regarding LTC rules of IIT Institutes. I am providing a case of LTC
according to that:
A female staff is working on the post of Junior Assistant in IIT system. She is availing LTC and travelling from Delhi to Mumbai with her 17 month baby. She is admissible for 3rd AC train ticket fare as mentioned as per rule of LTC in IIT system. During that particular journey time the Train ticket fare was Rs. 1600 for a lady passenger and Rs. 1600 for baby fare of full seat reservation. But she travels from flight (fare is Rs. 5000 of lady and Rs. 1200 of baby child) rather than train due to single mother traveller. In this situation how much amount will refunded by IIT system LTC rule.
A. Please provide me the information the baby travels via flight rather than train with mother in this condition the fare of flight will reimburse or not If reimburse then full fare of flight will reimburse or reimbursement will be according to train fare for baby passenger
B. Please provide me the information how much fare reimburse if mother travels from flight with her baby rather than train According to the above case.

As prescribed in schedule E, Annexure-A of NIT statues(Amended 2017) (Reference Gazette of India no.651,dated July 24,2017) and subsequent clarification as Annexure-B, the qualification and other terms and conditions of Appointment of Academic Staff are mentioned. It says that all new entrants shall have a PhD and first class in the preceding degrees(Bachelor degree onwards).
I have first class till graduation(completed in 2009)
I have done MA(English Literature in 2011 with 58.40 percentage (2nd Class) and PhD(rewarded in 2018) afterwards. Since I got 2nd class in MA, I am not eligible to apply for the Academic Posts as per the criterion mentioned in the above gazette.
My questions are:
Considering that I fulfil all the other criterion, If I do an MA(English Literature again) for 2 years and score 1st Class:
1)Would I be eligible to apply for the Academic posts of NITs as per the qualifications prescribed by the above mentioned gazette.
2)Also, IITs, IIITs, IISERs and other similar institutions follow the same criterion with respect to appointment of Academic staff i.e. first class in preceding degrees. Would I be eligible to apply there also.

1. 2. I requested the data of how many percent of FC/OC category students are studying in IIT at present in India.
I received reply as data is not available with us for all 23 IITs and can approach each IIT separately.
I did not expected this reply which is not correct.
IIT exam and admission are common for all 23 IITs through rank. Govenment is not conducting separate exam for each IIT. Hence you could give the data as sought by me. Not required to approach each IIT individually.
Request to provide the data which I wanted.

Based on answer keys published in ntaneet.nic.in website, my actual score is 580 as per my markings in my question paper. But in the result published today, my score has been given as 341 only. As PDF of actual OMR sheet has not been provided, it is not possible to challenge this score. Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a research scholar of School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), I joined the institution on February, 10th 2014 under the supervision of Dr. Shail Shankar to pursue my Ph.D. with the institution.
On January 29th, 2019, I wrote an application related to my arbitrary suspension from the institution to the then current minister HRD. On February 4th, 2019, I had also written to the Secretary Department of Higher Education (Mr. R. Subrahmanyam) and Additional Secretary Department of Higher Education (Mr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu) about my problem.
In this regard, on May 13th, 2019 from my RTI application (Registration No. DOHED/R/2019/50954, dated April 26th, 2019), I got to know that a formal reply (File No. IIT Mandi/RO-80/2019/458-60 dated: May 3rd, 2019) has been forwarded from the registrar (Shri K. K. Bajre) of my concerned institution (IIT Mandi) to Shri Kundan Nath (Under Secretry Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development). But even after receiving a formal reply from the concerned institute authority and passage of more than a couple of weeks, I did not get any reply from the concerned appellate authorities of Department of Higher Education regarding my problem. Therefore, I want to seek following information from the department concerned (DHE):
1. Please tell me about the decision, if any, taken so far by the respective appellate authorities (DHE) regarding my suspension from the institute campus, release of my PhD scholarship, and constitution of a formal and independent inquiry committee to redress my grievance.
2. If no decision has been taken by the respective appellate authorities in this regard, than please specify the reasons for this delay and also specify a definite time-period within which a decision will be taken for the same.
3. Please also tell me about the measures taken by the respective appellate authorities to effectively overcome this delay in taking the decision and to ensure a quick and timely redressal of my grievance.
4. If there is any possibility of further delay to take the decision for the same, then please specify the reasons for that and also the measures available to me to ensure a quick and timely redressal of my grievance.
5. Please send me a copy/details of the decision, if any, made so far by the respective appellate authorities in this regard.
