It is very surprising to know that my RTI application has been transferred to other public authority (CPIO-IIT Mandi) for providing me the desired information which should be actually supposed to be available with the respective appellate authorities of my grievance communicated to MHRD on 29th January 2019 and subsequently to the Secretary Department of Higher Education (Mr. R. Subrahmanyam) and Additional Secretary Department of Higher Education (Mr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu) on 4th February 2019. Thus under the RTI Act 2005, I am again requesting to the concerned respective appellate authorities to provide me all the necessary information I have requested in my RTI application Registration No. DOHED/R/2019/51673 dated 08.07.2019 in appropriate document form as soon as possible.
