Dear Sir/Madam, Please see the uploaded document. I had made a complaint against CVO of IIT Guwahati to CVC. CVC instead of acting on the complaint themselves, forwarded the complaint to MHRD after more than a year. Now MHRD did not act on it for more than a year and finally sent to the same CVO against whom I had made the complaint. In this regard, please provide me the following information: 1) Please let me know whether MHRD has issued any instruction to CVC to forward complaints received by them related to IITs (or any other MHRD funded Institutions) to MHRD. If yes, please provide me an official document mentioning the same. 2) Please let me know if there is any timeline for complaint redressal by MHRD. Please provide me an official document for the same. 3) Please let me know the date when the complaint mentioned in the uploaded supporting document was received from CVC and the date when it was sent to CVO of IIT Guwahati. If there was a long delay in doing that please let me know the officials responsible for such a long delay. 4) Please let me know the name of the authority of MHRD who decided to send the complaint to the CVO of IIT Guwahati as the complaint was against the CVO of IIT Guwahati himself.
