My son is US born (OCI holder) but did all his education from LKg onwards in India.\nParents are Indian citizens and working in India only.\n\nHe is currently doing his twelth under NIOS. For admission to IIT/NIT and other engineering colleges will he be considered under general category with regular fees or will he come under NRI/OCI and pay higher fees. Please note that all his school education was done in India only and we are paying indian taxes
