Please provide the total funds allocated, funds granted and funds utilized (as reported by the ministry, if any) to Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati and Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad unuder different categories like Construction of Buildings, Departmental Funding, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure, etc. categories for the years 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18. \n1.1. In addition, please let us know if the land required for construction of Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati has been identified and allocated by respective and relevant authorities and is reported to the ministry. \n1.1.1. Please mention what is the pending aspect in this regard and who is responsible to complete this\n1.2. Why the tenders of the relative construction projects are not yet announced\n1.3.
