I am raghvendra chaudhary i have done my 10th and 12th in government residential higher secondary school sagar in Hindi sashkiya sambhagiya awashashiya vidhyalaya tili SAGAR which is approved by BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION MADHYA PRADESH BHOPAL NOW point is that my name is according to 10th mark sheet RAGHVENDRA KUMAR CHAUDHARY but according to 12th mark sheet RAGHVENDRA CHAUDHARY SO I have chosen my name according to 12th in my graduation also but there are many problem are facing with my documents verification for the government jobs I want to correction in 10th class but my enrolment no 9th class is also different which is RAGHUVENDRA KUMAR CHAODHARY and there is raghvendra chaudhary in 5th board exams MY MOTHER NAME IS ALSO different IN 10th and 12th and spelling mistake is also in my surname in the enrolment no so I want to three things from my school 1 A copy of my filled admission form when I took admission in the school GOVERNMENT RESIDENTIAL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL SAGAR 2 MY 8th class TC when i submitted to the during my admission in the school 3 A copy of my scholar resister signed by school principal and district officer of education I am attaching a PDF file with that RTI application please give me right copies and right information
