Which all are the schemes for grant or financial assistance by MHRD to support innovative intervention by NGOs or voluntary organisations in government primary, middle and secondary schools. Please provide the details. 2. Whether the scheme of environmental orientation to school education is functioning at present or not. If functioning then provide details and if not then what are other schemes to support environment education interventions by NGOs or voluntary agencies in government schools. 3. Whether the scheme of financial assistance for strengthening education in human values is functioning or not. Please provide details. 4. What are all other schemes related to spread education awareness in villages by starting libraries or other innovative ways like childrens magazine or newspaper, story writing etc. Please provide details.
