1. Kindly provide details of all the National Awardee Teachers for ICT that were honored by the President of India on 05 Sep 2012 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The awards are normally given for the previous years.
2. Kindly explicitly state whether the list of teachers were given the National Award by Honorable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee.
3. Whether the information regarding the Awardees are shared with the respective State Governments of the state to which the Awardee belong to. If yes, kindly state to which department of the State Govt are the information sent to.
4. Also, mention the various incentives that the National Awardees are entitled to.

I have filed an RTI query on 17 Nov 2016. I have not received a response till now. My application status says that the request has been transferred to other CPIO as on 28/11 but details of CPIO like Telephone number and e-mail Id is missing. The details are required on an urgent basis. I am attaching my National Award Certificate for your reference.
Kindly guide me how to proceed further.
