RTI APPLICATION 3 1)The central Government sanctioned an total central share amount of 181.09 crore indian rupees for the construction of second phase Model schools before bifurcation of the state.The state Government of Andhra pradesh and Telangana didnot construct construct second phase Model schools since release of grants from central Government.so,please send the details of the central grant for construction of Model schools whether the grant is returned to central government or it is transfeered to another project. 2)please send total copies of utilisation certificates submitted by the state government of Andhrapradesh and telangana to Central government which is released for Model schools project.(both recurring grants and nonrecurring grants.) 3)According to soucres by print media and school education departments of Telangana and Andhra pradesh, no model schools constructed under secondphase so,please send details whether the central grant is utilised or returned to Central goverment.if not please send complete details regarding central grants.
