The RTI request is for the purpose of keeping records of children under 14 years of age under west delhi municipal corporation. if the answer is NO then kindly specify the appropriate local authority under right to education act, 2009 for keeping records of children of under 14. If answer is YES then kindly provide a certied copy of record of children under 14 years of age as maintained by the corporation, and how many schools are opened for those children.

The subject matter of the information sought is in the domain of Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board. FC-18, Institutional Area, Karkardooma, Delhi and MCD Schools are under administrative control of MHA and Directorate of Education Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Hence , in terms of the provision of Section 6(3) (ii) of the RTI Act, 2005, the applications are transferred for furnishing the sought for information direct to applicants.
