I had through RTI application Registration No. DOHED/R/2016/54549 dated 24.11.20 16 received by you on 02.12.20 16 requested information on stand of MHRD on the above mentioned subject including all file notings and deliberations in writing. You had replied that the matter was under consideration. 2. Nine months has since elapsed and there has been no progress in my case. You are requested to furnish information and documents as under:- (a) Present position of the case. (b) Copy of file notings since Dec 2016. In your earlier reply you had not not furnished them inspite my request. (c) Likely time frame in which revised pension will be implemented. 3. I am already 82 years of age and any wait is fraught with unhappy ending.
