For technical institutions engineering colleges or polytechnic colleges in which the HOD post is not sanctioned and the entire faculty in any department is at the same post or level. Is there any rule or policy or statute or any other guideline for the professor or lecturer of technical institution to head the department by rotation.
1. Do NITs IITs or National level institutes follow any guideline for the HOD rotation.
2. Do the central universities or state universities follow any guideline for the HOD rotation.
3. Do Universities or state technical universities or central technical universities and colleges run under the aegis of AICTE follow any guideline for the HOD rotation.
If there is any rule or policy or statute or any other guideline which is being followed for the HOD rotation in the technical institutes as mentioned in the point 1 to 3 above. kindly provide me the copy of the same.
