Sub : conducting of Interviews for Group.c posts by IISER Tirupati clarification reg. Sir First of all Happy International Yoga Day. As per Govt of India Gazette Notification O.M. dt.15.jan.2016 & OM.dtd.29.dec.2015 it is clearly mentioned that (1). Interviews should be discontinued for all Junior level posts upto Group.B non gazetted posts with immediate effect and 100% weightage should be given to written exam only. (2). It will applicable to all Central Govt/ PSU/ Autonomous institutions etc under Govt.of India. (3). If anyone wish to conduct Interviews prior permission should be taken from Department of personnel training ( DoPT ) after taking Written permission from their concerned Ministry. Here Iam unable to upload the Gazette notification.Please go through Gazette notification. Indian Institute of Science Education Research (IISER) TIRUPATI conducted written test on 01.04.17 followed by Interviews on 16,17.apr.2017 for Group.C Office Assistant Multi Skill posts. IISER TIRUPATI management replied me that Merit list prepared only on the basis of Interviews. A copy of full reply attached here for your kind information. Pleased clarify us (1) whether prior permission was taken from Govt.of India for conducting of interviews for Group.c Office assistant posts. If so please send me a copy of Permission Letter to my email. Or (2) whether conducting of Interview for Group.C posts was Justified as per MoA IISER TIRUPATI. Please clarify us Whether recruitment process was done as per Govt.of India rules. If not please instruct them for preparing afresh list according to Merit list /Govt.of India recruit rules. Please do the needful in this regard. And gave the justice to the real eligible Aspirants. With hoping positive response. Yours
