Kindly provide me following informations under RTI Act, 2005: 1. Vide IIT Mandi BoG 14th meeting held on 26.2.2016 vide item No.14.2.5 alongwith other posts 2 posts of Assistant Executive Engineers were created to fill up the same by direct recruitment. However as per information received under RTI Act, 2005 IIT Mandi has been filled the post of Asstt. Executive Engineer(Electrical) by the mode of promotion to the candidate who is on deputation in IIT, kindly supply me copy of promotion order of deputation officer promoted to Asstt. Executive Engineer. 2 . Whether IIT Mandi BoG rectt.rules framed vide meeting held on 26.2.2016 are applicable in IIT Mandi, if yes, then how deputation officer given promotion since as per DoPT instruction and Swamys Hand book deputation officers are not eligible for promotion. 3. Kindly supply me copy of advertisement vide which post of Asstt. Engineer(Elect.) was advertised to fill up on deputation basis. Since one incumbent working on deputation basis in IIT mandi who has further been promoted as Asstt. Executive Engg. 4. Post of Asstt. Engineer(Elect.), IIT Mandi was either by the promotion or direct rectt. and Institute filled up the same by deputation kindly supply copy of advertisement to fill up the post by deputation.
