For JE ADVANCED, the qualifying marks in the year 2016-2017 was 20 Percentage of aggregate while for the year 2017-2018 the same has been raised to 35 percentage. In this regard kindly provide the certified copy of the following information in the spirit of RTI Act-2005. 1. Study conducted by all the concerned agencies to decide the qualifying marks for the year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. 2. All the minutes of meeting conducted in this regard. 3. The copy of the final report submitted by the concerned recommending committee. 4. The final report of approving/accepting authority. 5. In case, the seats of IITs remain vacant based on the present set criteria, in that situation what is the action plan decided. 6. Please provide the cost incurred by the concerned institute/IIT/MHRD per seat with relevant financial report. 7. In case, Indian students are not meeting the prescribed qualifying marks, and seat remain vacant in spite of all efforts, what financial loss the concerned institute/IIT/MHRD will incur in the process. Please give brief information in this regard.
