1. I had submitted a representation dated May 06, 2017 (a pdf attached) to Min. HRD about misuse of office by IIT Kharagpur officials by not accepting my technical resignation, dated June 08, 2016. In reference to the aforementioned subject-matter, I hereby request for certified copies of the following communications:
(i) All the communications sent by the Min. HRD to IIT Kharagpur,
(ii) All the communications received from IIT Kharagpur, and
(iii) All the relevant File note-sheets,
