Institute didnt give me free messing facility during my last semester i.e. Year/Semester: 2016-17/Autumn. I didnt get any scholarship/ stipend from any government or private institute in that semester. I very well satisfy the criteria of getting free messing. I was getting this free messing facility since my first year in IIT BOMBAY. But the institute stopped this during my last semester without giving me satisfactory answer. There is no provision to stop free messing unless any other scholarship/ stipend given to the student. According to the rule this facilities are available for upto a year more than the prescribed duration of the programme. I didnt get any scholarship during my entire last semester. I want to know why my free messing is stopped during my 5th year. ( Year/Semester: 2016-17/Autumn).
