SIR/MAM i have not received any reply from concerned CPIO on regarding my RTI application Kindly direct the PIO to furnish me information soon as the time period 30 days has been already crossed following information were asked by me 1) Does min of higher education have any records about BIT sindri formerly known as bihar institute of technology established 1949 about BIT sindri being made 1st IIT of india during 1949 2)is there any documents records or statements that in place of BIT sindri IIT kharagpur was made the 1st IIT of india 3)Was there any meeting between the Prime minister that time and Bihar Cm regarding to above queries As for hearing or summoning PIO i do not wish to appear physically and give my consent to appelate authority to proceed with action in without my presence also provide me copy of details of any summoning hearing done to PIO of IIT kharagpur
