Subject: Regarding following information under RTI Act-2005
Dear Sir,
I request you to kindly provide the below mentioned information under RTI.
1. Please provide the copy of the list of Inquiry Officers empaneled as on date, if any, to conduct Departmental Enquiries in Government Organizations with reference to DoPT F. No. 142/40/2015-AVD.I, dated 7th January 2016.
2. Please provide the Date of Birth, Date of Joining and Date of retirement of one, Shri Naveen Soi, Ex-Joint Secretary, MHRD.
3. Kindly confirm whether a retired Govt. Officer not yet empaneled can be detailed to conduct DE in a Gov. Department as on date in violation of DoPT F. No.142/40/2015-AVD.I, dated 7th January 2016.
