Respected Sir,
I, the undersigned, wants to seek information under RTI Act, 2005-
1. Under MHRD funded colleges like IITs, NITs, IIEST etc. , how many days a PhD research fellow under institute fellowship can avail for leave in a single year.
2. Is there any provision for medical leave for such PhD fellows.
3. If yes, then how many days a fellow can avail medical leave in a year if he is seriously ill/ under hospitalized conditions.
