Sir\n\nI refer to (a) Departments letter notifying changes in IIT JEE 2017 dated 8-April-2016 in F.No.19-5/2014/TS 1, and (b) my COMMENTS, OBJECTIONS, SUGGESTIONS on IIT-JEE system submitted by email on 30.Nov.2015 in response to public notice issued on website of the Department.\n\nI have specific information that one or more members of Expert Committee are in pockets of vested interests or coaching mafia and there was corruption involved. Accordingly, I seek the following information.\n\n1) Basis of selection of members of the so-called Committee of Eminent Persons, along with all information (as defined) in this behalf.\n\n2) Minutes of meeting of all meetings held by this so-called Committee of Eminent Persons along with all agendas and their supporting documents.\n\n3) Exact copies of all comments received in response to the aforesaid public notice on review of current IIT JEE for admission to IITs.\n\n4) Copy of consideration of all above said comments / suggestions received.\n\n5) Copy of para wise consideration of my comments / objections / suggestions in response to the aforesaid public notice on review of current IIT JEE for admission to IITs.\n\n6) Copy of Rules of procedure governing the due consultation process with stakeholders followed for IIT JEE system review.\n\n7) Information on whether any personal consultation / hearing / meeting was held with any stakeholders for IIT JEE system review, and if so all the details thereof.\n\n8) Basis / reasons for issuing the notice / letter dated 8-April-2016 along with all its supporting material and the approvals / notings by competent officers / ministers.\n\nNB: To save the environment I would prefer that information is provided to me in the digital form or on diskette like CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or uploaded to website in larger public interest of all stakeholders.
