What are the terms and condition of contract with that particular agency.\n3. Have there been any complaints regarding food quality or presence of insects in items served. If yes, then what measures/actions have been taken to counter such instances.\n4. What were the tender rates of agencies which applied for catering services in the last tender call.\n5. For how long has the present catering agency been providing services at IIT Indore.
