What is the maximum number of foreign visits that any IIT director can make in a year and for how many days. Please provide a certified copy of MHRD circular on foreign visits of IITs director.\n \nIs there any rule of intimating MHRD prior IITs director departure to foreign country. If yes, kindly provide certified copy of intimation letter that IIT-Indore director provided to the MHRD before going on a foreign trip each time in addition to the prescribed limit. \n\nIs there any rule for IIT directors to report about their foreign visits. If yes, how many times did the IIT-Indore director reported to MHRD about achievements of his foreign visits. \n\nHow many times did the IIT-Indore director go on foreign trips from January 2012 to July 2016. Please provide certified copy of year-wise number and duration of each trip. Also provide year-wise certified copy of travelling allowance reimbursement/settlement claim forms of each trip by the director during the same period.
