Dear Sir,\n1.Could you please let me know if there is any rule which states or give power to the autonomous institute of national importances like IIT to suddenly increase the fee of the existing Ph.D. student retrospectively\n2.According to the MHRD orders to NITs and IITs since 2014 to date, states that fee structure changes should not affect the existing student. Is it applicable to the Ph.D. student also\n3.Could you please also let me know whether the change in fee structure on the existing student is a violation of the right to prior information act or not \n4.Could you please let me know whether the UGC Document on student entitlement is applicable to autonomous institute like IITs or not\n5.Could you please provide me the copy of any rule which is regarding the regulation of fee hike of Ph.D. students at IITs\n6.Is there any rule in MHRD that prohibits institute to force the students to work in an under construction building\nThanks and Regards.
