Dear Sir,\n\n I would like to request this information from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee which comes under MHRD.\n\n1. I would like to know the guidelines of utilizing the MHRD Contingency grants (of 10000 INR/year) followed by IIT Roorkee for Phd Students.\n2. The guidelines must provide the information of items which a student can buy for his research using this contingency grants and items which are strictly prohibited to buy under these grants by a student.\n\nThanks\nGaurav
