IISER Kolkata had consucted interview for various non teaching posts in february earlier this year. I had attended interview for the post of Sr. Superintendent GP4600 there. However, as per DOPT. O.M. 39020/01/2013-Estt (B) - Part, dated 29/12/2015 interviews for lower level posts i.e Grp C and non-gazetted posts of Grp B should be dispensed with w.e.f. 01/01/2016. I want to know why has IISER Kolkata not conducted written test and skill/capability test and just taken interview. There has been in breeding as when the results came out all three posts of Sr. superintendent was given to IISER Kolkata Employees only. Kindly clarify why the above mentioned O.M. was not obeyed in letter and spirit.
