1- For B.T.C Training in U.P. all original documents of educational qualification are being deposited in DIET debarring the candidates rights for applying in other services without providing any guarantee of service. 2- Whether there is a guidelines for refund of these documents in case of need. 3- Whether the Constitution of India provides such powers for debarring the right of employment simply by taking admission in B.T.C training without guarantee of employment. 4- Whether it is punishable offence to the authority in DIET asking for submission of original educational documents of trainees. 5- If such guidelines are there then please provide a copy to us.
