Nearly 110 poor students are studying in ZP High School, Santhinagar, Chinnamushidiwada, Visakhapatnam. But the High School is having only two rooms in operation and Subject teachers in English, Biological Sciences and PET are not allotted to this High School. 1.How many teachers are required for a High School as per RTE (Right to Education act) 2.Lab, Library, MDM Kitchen sheds are required as per RTE or not 3.If any High School is not having infrastructure and Teachers as per norms, what are the alternative steps are to be taken (like merging in nearby School/immediate allotment of Teachers) 4.How the allotted funds are utilized in the past two years. Utilisation is confirmed by any authority. If confirmed what are the comments by the inspecting authority. Is it properly utilized 5.What are the steps are taking to meet the RTE norms at present. 6.Anybody observed that the students in this High School are exposing to Sun and rain. If observed what are the alternative steps are taking to these poor students. 7.Can the target set by Government for SSC pass % meet in this High School without deploying Teachers (Now already more than half of the year is passed) 8.The situation of the School is in the notice of DEO or Not

1.Not mentioned about the alternative steps are to be taken till the construction of the School completes. 2.Allocation of funds to the school through various forums like RMSA, SSA etc., and utilization of funds is not mentioned (A separate statement is required) 3.In reply by the Dy Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam has mentioned in para 3, 6 rooms are sanctioned under SSA, but construction not started due to site dispute. Kindly mention the description of the dispute. Any FIR filed for dispute aroused. What are the steps taken to resolve the dispute Is it resolved at the earliest If not resolved, what is the fate of the Poor students till resolving of the dispute Any alternative steps are taking till dispute solves. The poor students are exposing from Sun and Rain. So alternative steps is very much required. 4.As mentioned in reply, three more teachers are required and the requirement is submitted to the Commissioner of the School Education, AP Hyderabad. What is the status of the proposal Till sanction any alternative steps are taking. 5.In letter from Headmistress of the School, asked to deploy Teachers on work adjustment only, but not on Permanent basis. Why 6.Once again I humbly request all the higher ups that all the students studying in this School are very poor (below creamy layer) and the students are exposing to Sun and Rain.
