Can board of governors of National Institute of technologies(NITs) or Indian Institute of Technologies(IITs) can give approval to issue any word order amounting to Rs 10 Lack or more without any advertisement on experimental basis in there respective NITs/IITs. 3. Can Directors of National Institute of technologies(NITs) or Indian Institute of Technologies(IITs) award any work order amounting to Rs 10 Lacks or more to any private agency on experimental basis without any open advertisement for any duration of time.
