And name and designation of the authority(s) empowered to issue service certificate in IIT Bombay for the same. 5.Please supply a copy of the format or prescribed certificate, for issuing experience certificate mentioning honorarium paid employment is counted as regular service, for the employee of IIT Bombay. 6.Please supply a copy of the format or prescribed certificate, for issuing experience certificate for honorarium based services/or employments. 7.Please supply a copy of the order/rule/notice/guidelines of the institution notifying that honorarium based services/or employments counted as regular employments. 8.Please supply a copy of the format or prescribed certificate, for issuing experience certificate mentioning contractual employment 9.Please supply a copy of the order/rule/notice/guidelines of the institution notifying that contractual employment is counted as regular service. 10.Please supply a copy of the order/rule/notice/guidelines of the institution notifying that experience certificate is issued in your organization by the Head of Department (HoD) of the concerned department directly.
