With reference to my RTI application no. DOHED/R/2015/60276, Respected PIO refused to give information asked in point no. 9 which was asked for previous batch (MBA 2014-16), for which application process has been completed. Also in point no. 6, information regarding number of seats has been asked, which has nothing to do with completion of admission process. Moreover under point no. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 can be given as these information are generic in nature and every college discloses these information before application process and these must be given as per RTI act 2005. Here is the list of various points asked in RTI application: 1) What was the weightage given to different components while making shortlist for GT/PI. what was the aggregate cut off 2) Howmany marks are scored by me upto shortlisting process. What was my rank upto this stage (Application No. MS14A1265) 3) What will be weighatge for different components in making the final list after GD/PI 4) How many candidates applied, category-wise 5) How many have been shortlisted, category-wise 6) Howmany seats are there categorywise 7) Why the criteria for shortlisting was not disclosed before the CAT result 8) What was the Cat Cut off for various categories 9) Howmany candidates were selected for previous batch in 1st list, howmuch was the waitlist movement for general category
