Respected Sir, As per the current situation and education policy of the country, 1. Is it possible if a Deemed University offer a degree course in Engineering (B.Tech) with out UGC approval and the people who obtained degree (which UGC says there is no approval) can get admission for IITs, NIITs for various higher education programmes like M.Tech and Phd in engineering subjects and employed in various central govt. organisations like power grid corporation, Ministry of Defense, CPWD etc. Also employment through UPSC and state govts like Rjasthan, Andra pradesh, Orisha etc 2. In such cases who will be responsible for the validity of Degree issued from the University and what will be the support from MHRD for the students who obtained those degrees (the students joined the course because UGC and MHRD websites indicate the university in the list of recognised universities and there is no approved course list mentioned in the UGC/MHRD notification issued to university declaring as Deemed university, as well MHRD notifications says all deemed University can offer professional courses without UGC approval) Attached the copy of RTI reply from IITs and Central govt. organisations regards Shine Sasidharan

Respected Sir, Thanks for your respond to the RTI. the answer was not clarifying the question, hence request you to clarify further to avoid confusions 1. As per my knowledge, MHRD is the superior authority / department / Ministry controlling the Higher education in India, if not please clarify. 2. Attached a reply issued from UGC indicating the B.Tech degree issued from IASE Deemed University is not recognized (UGC is stating that, they did not give any permission to IASE Deemed University, Rajasthan to run engineering courses), whereas various IITs, NIITs, RECs and Central govt offices are confirming that they have admitted graduates of IASE Deemed University based on their B.Tech degree for higher education / employment in their organization (Copy of IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, NIIT Roorkee, Ministry of Defense etc attached), is it possible as per the current education approval system in the country, If the answer is Yes why UGC is giving such statement and what can be the action from MHRD against UGC. In case UGC statement is correct, then who will be responsible for the validity of the validity of the B.Tech Degree issued from IASE University and the M.Tech and Phd obtained their post IASE-B.tech degree yours faithfully Shine
