Hello Sir, My Details: Name:Allu Siva Rollno : 14ME61R09 Application No[dot] : 2014114318085 I joined the institute for my M[dot]tech in Manufacturing Science and Engineering(ME1) in IIT Kharagpur[dot]on 14 july 2014[dot] Later I cancelled my admission because I got a seat in IIT Madras on 16 july 2014[dot] while cancelling Assistant Registrar(PGSand R) said that i would get a refund of rupees 17000 (6000 caution deposit 11000 mess fee)[dot] but i have received the check of 6000 rupees only, The remaining amount (11000 mess fee) was not refunded[dot] I have sent several mails to gate[at]adm[dot]iitkgp[dot]ernet[dot]in regarding this and I didnt get any reply[dot] So I want to know 1[dot]reson for delay of refunding my money 2[dot] why there is no response to my mails 3[dot] when I could expect my money[dot]
