Sir/Madam, I asked three point through RTI Registration Number DOHED/R/2015/60488 dated on Feb 20, 2015. With reference to the above letter I want to you are requested to provide the following information under the Right to Information Act 2005 1.With letter no. F.No.76-1/2015/TS.I point no. 2 ensure that the revised fellowship for Ph.D. scholars was based on OM.NO.SR/Z-09/2012 dated on 21.10.2014 by DST and UGC (Fellowship Public Notice). Whereas letter no. SR/S9/Z-01/2015-70 dated on May 13, 2015 replied by DST (Copy enclosed) in point no. 2 ensures that minimum hike of research personals is 55.5 %. Please provide me a copy which ensures the minimum hike for Ph.D. scholar in 55.5 % over the previous hike as per letter no. F.NO.25-2/2010-TS.II issued by MHRD dated on September 30, 2010. 2.With letter no. F.NO.76-1/2015/TS.I dated on March 05, 2015 point no. 2 based on order of UGC. MHRD clarified vide letter no. F.NO.17-2/2014-TS.I dated on March 02, 2015. Whereas the UGC public notice (Copy enclosed) clearly indicates that enhance fellowship in 55 %. Which does not qualify the new hike by MHRD for Ph.D. scholars with M.Tech. i.e. Rs 18,000/- (first 2 years) and Rs 20,000/- (after 2 years). Therefore, it is humble request to kindly provide the above asked information under the Right to Information Act 2005 as soon as possible.
