Hello Sir, I want to know that why IIT BHU Varanasi doesnt follow its specified dates for result declaration and marks display and always delays which causes many troubles to the students. I also want to know when and how the graduate students of 2015 batch will receive their degrees if they have not attended the convoation function happened on 17 October, 2015. Although I have completed all the formalities I havent received my degree yet. I mailed DOAA regarding the sme but he didnt reply. Also I want to know why the MHRD is not in option of RTI. Is it because of Department of Higher Education is the one which takes RTI for MHRD.
