Date:-13/10/2017 To The Public Information Officer Ministry of Human Resource Department Sir, Sub:Illegal Occupation inside the Campus of Paliganj Uchch Vidyalaya Town & PS Paliganj Dist Patna I wish to bring your kind notice the following facts:- 1.Late Madan Dhari Singh was Renowned Zamindar hailing from Dharhara Village in Paliganj town in Patna District.Madan Dhari Singh has Donated Approx Five Bighas of Plot Situated in the Prominent Place of Paliganj Town Under Paliganj Police Station in Patna District.Madan Dhari Singh Had Constructed all the Basic Infrastructure including School Building Hostel Accomodation, Kitchen Room & Allocated a Large Open Space for the Purpose of Playground. 2.That is Come to My Knowledge that Above described Open land allocated by Madan Dhari Singh for being utilized as a Playground for the Student has in recent years been illegally Occupied by a Local Political Leaders & Constructed Some Personal Structure & Separate gate has also been Constructed without any Information & Consent of Donor Family. 3.Madan Dhari Singh was the Secretary of Paliganj Uchch Vidalaya & remained so during his Active Lifitime.After Madan Dhari Singh his Son Professor Shailendra Dhari Singh was appointed the Secretary of Paliganj Uchch Vidyalaya further after the Death of Shailendra Dhari Singh the Donor family has not been kept informed about the School Meeting of Governing Body. 4.I am Daughter- in-Law of Madan Dhari Singh.I have Retired as a Professor from Patna University & My Husband Late Shailendra Dhari Singh was also the Retired Professor from Patna University.I am a resident of Dharhara & At Presently Residing at Dharhara House Police Chowki Naya Tola Under Kadum Kuan Police Station in Patna District.Often when I go to Dharhara Village I Visit to to Paliganj Uchch Vidyalaya the School has a great Sentiment Value for me.It pains to me to see that the Temple of Education is being Converted into Den of Politicians. Suggestions:- 1.Personal Structure & Separate Gate Should be Removed , Trees should be planted along the Boundary walls of the School Premises & the Name of Visionary Donor Madan Dhari Singh Should be Prominently Displayed. 2.Name of the Governing Body of the School & Meeting of the School Governing Body Should be Kept Inform to Donor Family.
