I hereby request for the following information : Would the concerned authorities be pleased to state- a) whether the Ministry/Department maintains a record of the number of transgenders enrolled as students and faculty at Universities and institutions of higher education in India b) If yes, details thereof. if not, reasons thereby c) the state-wise break-up of the number of transgenders enrolled as students and faculty at Universities and institutions of higher education in India.
