Has any employee been given any other form of financial up-gradation besides the MACPS. If yes, please provide parameters set for the same. 8). What is the procedure for any MHRD organization for grade pay upgradation of any employee without sanctioned post. 9). Is BOG has a power to upgrade the grade pay of any employee of the institute. If yes, what is the procedure of it.
