Dear sir/madam i am a candidate for Recruitment in IISER bhopal for which interview is test/interview is going to held on 16/03/2017, i falls under the category of OBC and the iiser team requires OBC which is 6 months old....where as as per the DOPT To illustrate, the validity of non-creamy layer certificate issued during any month of the financial year 2016-17 covering 3 preceding financial years viz. 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 be accepted by the concerned authorities for any appointments or recruitments which would be valid during the period April 2016 to March 2017. i am holding an OBC Certificate dated 11/05/2016 and Government of telangana are not providing certificate fresh as already i am holding the certificate Please kindly help me in this regard
