Kindly provide the following information about student named Arvind Kejriwal (presently Chief Minister of the NCT of Delhi) of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal bearing Roll No. 8526118 in B.Tech(H) Mechanical Engineering for the session 1985-89:\n\n1. Name of student as per your records.\n2. Particulars of Admission of the Student i.e. Address, Category for Admission (General/SC/ST/OBC/Other Quota), details of Class X (year, stream, school, marks, grades), details of Class XII (year, stream, subject, school, marks, grades), details of IIT-JEE Examination (year, marks obtained, grades obtained, All India Rank Obtained).\n 3. Degree, stream and subject for which the student had enrolled.\n 4. Normal duration of the course for which the above student had enrolled.\n 5. Scheme of the Course in which the above student is admitted, i.e. the duration, no. of semesters, no. of examinations to be cleared, projects to be submitted etc. i.e. all requirements to obtain the degree.\n 6. List the examinations, projects and other stages of the degree successfully completed by the above candidate along with the month, year of completion, statement of marks & grades. \n 7. List of all complaints, nature and subject of all complaints received against the said student from admission till degree completion and status/action taken of all complaints along with the punishment awarded to the student if any and proof of compliance with such punishment.\n 8. Copy of admission form submitted by the student during admission along with copy of all documents submitted by the student.\n9. Copy of IIT-JEE Score Card Entrance Examination of the said student based on which admission was granted to the said student.\n10. Category of Addmission of the said student, whether it was based on Merit or on quota of SC/ST/OBC/Sports/Others if any.\n11. Name of the IIT which had conducted the IIT-JEE Examination in Year 1984, 1985 & 1986 along with Contact Details of those institutes presently.\n\nKindly provide all the above information along with the documents as sought above.\n\nKindly note that the above information cannot be treated to be exempted under Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005 as the same has enough public interest as the student in question is holding high public office as the Chief Minister of Delhi. Further the CIC in its order no. CIC/SA/C/2015/000275 dated 29 April 2016 has also allowed disclosure of information relating to educational qualifications of another public representative, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India and therefore based on this precedent the reply to my queries as above may be kindly provided.
