Dear Sir/Madam,\n\nI am an IIT M.Tech/ M.S (R) aspirant and wishes to avail the Medical Policy of the IITs or Centrally funded Institute by MHRD. I am suffering from an Eye Disease i.e. Keratokonus at the moment but has been treated/ sufficed by contact lenses and currently my eyes are totally in control to perform my day to day operations firmly and also to takeup any of the academic assignments further.\n\nI was trying to have a check about this concern on the website of IITs & MHRD (Some Policy or Guideline) but I couldnt find it anywhere as I believe it must not be a Criteria for selecting a student for higher education in IITs or other MHRD Funded Technical Institutions. However I wrote this request to simply get the same clarified from the respective authority.\n\nI believe that this eye problem must not be any hurdle in taking up admission in any of the IITs or MHRD Funded Technical Institutes however I still request the appellate authority to look into it and arrange to provide me the desired information.
