Sir, I would like to seek the following information under RTI Act in respect of the Private Secretaries appointed upon qualifying the Section Officers / Private Secretaries LDCE 2009, 2010 and 2011 conducted by the UPSC, under the SELECT LISTs 2009 and 2010 only: - 1.Name of the persons appointed as Private Secretary under SELECT LISTs 2009 and 2010 with their respective year of Select List. 2.Their dates of appointment. 3.The dates on which they became eligible for grant of NFS (NON FUNCTIONAL SCALE GR. PAY 5400) 4.The dates from which they were granted actual financial benefits of NFS. 5.The rule / authority / decision / order or else under which NFS was granted. 6.The name of the persons who were holding the post of PS as ad hoc before the appointment.
