I seek the following Information from my Institute administration. 1. My Revised Grade sheet of Odd Semester 3. ( It may be noted that i missed two papers of my regular examination held in December 2012-13 session on medical grounds, Subsequently i was permitted to re-appear in that exam held the following year in December of Academic Session 2013-14), by Chairman-SUGC. The scheduled date for result declaration as per institute academic calendar ( attachment page 1) was December 23, 2013. While the results for the regular batch has been declared, my results are not available with anyone. I require my Grade sheet. 2. My Grade Sheet for Even Semester 6 , for the examination held during April 2014 in the Academic Session 2013-14. The results as per the institute academic calendar ( attachment page 2) was May 19, 2014.I request my Grade Sheet 3. My Grade Sheet for Odd Semester 7, for examination held in December 2014, in Academic Session 2014-15. The due date for declaration of results as per Academic calendar (attachment page 3) was Dec 19, 2014. I request my Grade sheet. In all the above cases i declare that I, am directly concerned with the information sought. The information is regarding the examination appeared by me and it is my right to demand results in timely manner as per the Institute Academic calendar.
