Respected Sir, The nodal officer mentions that it is not clear to him to which institutes I was referring to in spite of clearly mentioning IITs in my application. I cannot appreciate his answer as I think IITs are well known in ministry of HRD. In any case, I would like to elaborate further that IITs mentioned in my first application were national institutes named Indian Institute of Technology governed by the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961. I request you kindly to do the needful to direct your subordinate officers to give an appreciable reply, kindly. Sincerely
